Construction will be of 1st class bricks and R.C.C. designed by our consultant.
External plastered surface shall be painted with acrylic paint and internal finishing will be with plaster of paris. One coat cement primer over P.O.P.
All doors shall be 30 m.m. thick commercial flush door with aluminium fittings. Wooden (green teak) door frames.
Fully glazed aluminium (oxidized) window.
All bed rooms and toilets will be with ceramic tiles. Drawing / Dinning and Kitchen will be with Marble.
One white E.W.C. with P.V.C. cistern, white porcelain basin. All pipes will be G.I. and fittings will be chromium plated of standard make and toilet wall will have coloured glazed tiles. Hot and cold water line and geyser point for both the toilets.
All rooms will have concealed wiring. All wiring will be of copper conductor of standard make. All rooms will consist 2 light points, 1 fan point and 1 plug point. Kitchen will have 1 light point, 1 power point. One calling bell point will be provided in each flat. Washing M/C connection (both electric and plumbing) will be provided.
Raised granite cooking platform with 2 ft. high coloured glazed tiles above cooking platform only and one single tub S.S. sink and two taps will be provided. Exhaust fan opening and electric connection point for that at toilet and kitchen will be provided.
