On application for allotment of a single unit flat a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) is to be paid.
30% of total price of flat within 14 days from the date of Application for Allotment of Flat.
Balance 70% in equal monthly installment during the remaining period of completion or to be paid
as per mutually agreed schedule or on the basis of progress of work.
